Refund & Return Policy – Xee Mall (UAE)

At Xee Mall, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Order details

We will assess the case and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Once your request is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • A return shipping label may be provided (if applicable)

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty, hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item:

  1. Return the original product (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval/rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 7–10 business days
  • Additional time may be required by your bank/payment provider

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item)We cover shipping
  • For change of mind → Customer may bear return shipping costs
